Kensington Poster Gallery is pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in the condition described.

Insurance

Every shipment is fully insured for the full purchase value of the artwork during transit.

In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@kensingtonpostergallery.com and we will work with the courier and insurance provider to resolve the matter promptly.

Processing Times

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days following receipt of payment.

For larger works, specialist packing requirements, or framed items, additional preparation time may be required. If so, we will contact you directly.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • United Arab Emirates: 1–3 business days
  • United States & Canada: 3–7 business days

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email so that you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Damaged Shipments
