1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or handling custom artwork, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping for all items.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International shipping: 2-5 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside our control.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 2 hours.


4. Packaging of Artwork

We take great care in packaging all artwork to ensure it arrives safely:

  • Prints are shipped in protective sleeves and sturdy mailers/tubes

  • Framed works are securely wrapped with padding and corner protectors

  • Original artworks may include custom packaging for added protection


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Kensington Poster Gallery is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


6. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to delays due to customs processing.


7. Damages

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue (replacement or refund)

We are not liable for damages reported after the specified time window.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Kensington Poster Gallery is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for claims.


9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain artworks may have shipping restrictions due to size, fragility, or destination regulations. If your order is affected, we will contact you.
